EFFICIENCY OF IMPLEMENTED STATE PROGRAMS, THEIR SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Abstract

The article analyzes the effectiveness of government programs, assesses their impact on sustainable demographic, socio-economic development of northern rural areas, including border areas, and studies the relationship between sustainable development of rural areas and the development of the agro-industrial complex. The article also studies objective and subjective factors affecting life satisfaction of the rural population, the level of development of social capital, economic, socio-political, socio-cultural opportunities for the formation, development and implementation of human capital in rural areas and employment in the agro-industrial complex. However, the effectiveness of the implemented government programs, their socio-economic impact on balanced territorial development and on the development of the agro-industrial complex have not been sufficiently studied, no analysis of the compliance of the implemented measures with the needs and expectations of the target audience has been carried out.
