Intelligent management of the educational process in an educational institution

This article describes the features of the intelligent learning management system, it is based on a four-level education
(strategic, tactical, operational, and self-governance), intelligent control system from the point of view of the relationship of
functioning of the described system components and the criteria of management efficiency of intelligent tutoring system. The
cyclical nature of process management, based on the organic unity of the educational process, the essence of goals and tasks
to be solved, is revealed. The article provides a brief review of the literature on the management of innovative processes.
Special attention is paid to the characteristics of new social and educational functions of higher education, which require the
use of modern approaches to solving a set of tasks set for the education system.
